In this book, I weave threads of the mystical and the ordinary, sharing insights garnered through spiritual practice and cutting edge holistic modalities and treatments. Your traveling companions and guides throughout the book are earnestness and spiritual truth. The book is written in a way that points one beyond the mind-body idea, and reveals the futility of searching for objects and external things outside of one's Self.
