Green Ontario: Can the Province Make the Conversion?

A green energy revolution is underway in Canada and renewable technologies have been pushed to the forefront of the energy policy discussion. With the 2009 passage of Ontario's Green Energy and Green Economy Act, the province seeks to become the leading North American carbon-free jurisdiction.
