I'm not the usual famous person that would write a book to satisfy their ego and pad their bank account. Instead of writing a book about me, I have written it about the heart. It is the star of this book even if it wants none of the credit. This book wasn't written to tell anyone what to do but instead to make the mysterious muscle we call the heart more understood.
