One is a sociopath, who Mitch and Tracey attempt a do or die plan to draw out, and the other is a malignant narcissist who poses and immediate threat to millions. As the investigations lead them from Wisconsin to Australia, and the Caribbean, Tracey must face the decision to follow agency rules or adopt Mitch's all-or-nothing mentality.
