Paul Harding ha insegnato scrittura creativa a Harvard e all’Università dello Iowa, ed è stato batterista in un gruppo rock con cui ha registrato due album e girato l’Europa in tour. Oggi vive a Georgetown, nel Massachusetts, con la moglie e i figli.Pubblicato negli Stati Uniti nel 2009 da una casa editrice indipendente, la piccola Bellevue Literary Press, L’ultimo inverno ha vinto nella sorpresa generale il premio Pulitzer 2010 e ha scalato le classifiche dei bestseller.Nel 2013 esce Enon, pubblicato in Italia dalle edizioni Neri Pozza.
