Novel Properties of Living and Other Super-Complex Systems

This monograph presents, for the first time, a complete operational description of Theoretical and Applied Relonics. Relonics is defined as an exact science of universal self-scaled-systems-specific relationships. It is based on systems of axioms of natural measurements and axioms of control-regulation-coordination.
