Questo LP ripropone lo storico album di Oscar Peterson del 1959 dedicato alla musica di Harold Arlen. Il compositore ha scritto più di 500 canzoni, alcuni delle quali sono diventate note in tutto il mondo, in particolare “Over the Rainbow”.In queste registrazioni il pianista è accompagnato da Ray Brown al contrabbasso e Ed Thigpen alla batteria.Come bonus sono state aggiunte alter registrazioni di brani di Arlen realizzate da Peterson nel 1954 Brown ancora una volta al contrabbasso e Herb Ellis alla chitarra.
