Real Estate Investing for Beginners

What is Real Estate Investing? What exactly does it mean to be a real estate investor? What do we all have in common as investors, whether we realize it or not? What can be learned from other investors? What are the elements of success that they share with us no matter what style of investing they subscribe to? A successful investor doesn't fit any ONE mold. There is no "Master Plan" that assures you will follow in their footsteps and join the ranks of the wealthy by following tried and true principles. If there was such a plan, I bet nobody would get rich following it! What makes an individual successful in his own personal endeavors will make him different than those who have succeeded before him, because his wants and needs are unique to him. What he has succeeded at in the past will help him make better decisions based on that knowledge. What makes a person successful when playing chess won't necessarily make him successful in business, and vice versa. "You are the master of your ship, sailing through uncharted waters towards an unknown destination." What are you looking for? What are your goals? What do you want most from this endeavor called Life? You have all the tools available to you already, perhaps lying dormant or under-utilized somewhere inside your head. What can they do for YOU?" The answer lies within each of us individually...we must dig it out ourselves!
