Edinburgh also lights up during August when it's world famous arts festival kicks off, comedy, book, theatre, street performances, opera and the world renowned military tattoo draw tourists and performers from all corners of the globe, the festivals go on for over 3 weeks, but add in the Jazz and Blues festival late July and you have a city that is not only architectural and historical, but is a city that is the epicentre of cultural activity worldwide, there truly is nothing or nowhere like Edinburgh throughout the festival seasons. Every great city has a tour, from iconic sights to historical places and attractions Edinburgh again has it all.
